Cookies with jam

Ingredients
# For the dough:
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking
flour - about 1 kg
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
# For the filling:
650-700 g jam
walnuts - optional

Method
Eggs, the oil, yogurt and soda and sugar, mix thoroughly. Begin to Knead the dough by adding flour until a soft dough. Split 6-7 balls, each individually Roll to thin sheet and a thin layer of jam mazhem. Optional sprinkle with Crushed walnuts. Rolled in and we cut about 2-3 cm. Arrange the cookies in the pan, greased or baking paper while leaving space between them. Bake in preheated oven at 250C degrees for 8-10 minutes.
