Ingredients
1 cup couscous
1 small onion
1 carrot
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red pepper
salt, pepper

Method
Chopped onion and carrot fry in the heated oil. Add the cumin, paprika and cous-Kusa, mix well. Then pour 2-3 cups hot water. Sprinkle with pepper and salt optional. When the mixture boil stove is reduced to an average extent Cover with a lid and stew for 10 minutes. When done, sprinkle with fresh parsley.
