Cream of smoked salmon

Ingredients
100 g fillet of smoked salmon
350 g heavy cream
5 g gelatin
1 tbsp finely chopped dill
pinch of salt
Method
The fish is cut into pieces and grind in the kitchen combine mashed . The cream was stirred with salt and 2/3 of it was added to the strained salmon. Gelatin pour 2-3 tbsp cold water and swell after, is melted in a water bath. Cool slightly and added to the fish mixture. The cream is poured in glasses and put in the fridge to set. The remaining whipped cream mixed with chopped dill. In serving the cream of salmon garnished with green and cream with a boiled shrimp (optional).
