Crispy plucks

Ingredients
500 g plucks
2 eggs
2 cup corn flakes or bread crumbs
flour
spices
5 tbsp lemon juice
parsley
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Giblets are cleaned and cut into chunks. Marinated in lemon juice, spices and optional sprinkled with chopped parsley for about 3 hours in refrigerator. Bites are shaken from the marinade, rolled successively in flour, beaten eggs and the broken corn flakes or bread crumbs. Leave in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Fry in a little heated sunflower oil for 2 minutes on each side. In Overdone can become dry and tough.
