Croquettes of minced meat and vegetable puree

Ingredients
400 g minced meat
1 onion
1 bunch roots soup
2 tbsp vegetable oil
3-4 potatoes
2 eggs
1 tsp tomato paste
20-30 g butter
salt
pepper
grated nutmeg
allspice
parsley
2 tbsp cream
1 thick slice dry white bread without crust
grated cheese
grated feta cheese
flour
breadcrumbs
fat frying
Method
Finely chopped roots for soup stewd with a pinch of salt in half vegetable oil. Cook potatoes. Finely chopped onion and parsley in suffocating other vegetable oil. Stewed root soup and potatoes rub through a sieve. Add meat, onions and parsley, one egg yolk, the butter, cream, tomato paste, grated feta cheese, spices and salt to taste. The mixture was kneaded by adding bread crumbs and 1 tbsp flour. Took shape croquettes (meatballs) that are rolled in flour, dip in beaten egg and breadcrumbs mixed with grated cheese, and again in the egg and fry in very hot oil.
