3 liters of fresh milk
10 eggs
1 kg sour cream
300 g butter
300 g sugar
2 vanilla
nuts, raisins, lemon essence - optional

Whip, add cream , egg yolks, one by one. Milk boil, reduce heat and added in a slow stream egg mixture. Stir and remove from heat when the mixture is nice and crossed has separated.
