Dessert Red etude

Ingredients
4 tbsp grenadine or red liqueur
8 butter cookies
1 tbsp soft butter
1 tbsp coarsely grated milk chocolate
1 tbsp coconut
200 g fresh or frozen red berries (blueberries, currants, raspberries , yadodi)
3 tbsp sugar fruits
2 tbsp red wine
# For the cream:
200 g fine cream-feta cheese
200 g sour cream
2 tsp sour cream
vanilla
4 tbsp caster sugar
# For garnish:
sprig of mint, pomegranate seeds
Method
Butter cookies grate and mix with the butter, chocolate and coconut. At the bottom of 4 glasses put on a spoon of grenadine or liqueur and distributed biscuit mixture. Fruits put in a pan on the stove with sugar and wine. Stir for 2-3 minutes and removed from the fire. Once cool, in each cup on a biscuit spoon is poured on them. Gelatine soaked in 4 tbsp cold water and put to melt in a water bath or in the microwave, it must not boil. Beat cream together-the feta cheese, cream, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add gelatin. Put 2-3 tablespoons of juice from the fruit compartments. Pour into glasses and put to harden in the refrigerator for about 1 hour. Garnish with the remaining fruit, grains of pomegranate and mint leaves.
