Dip with caramelized onions

Ingredients
3 onions
50 g butter
1 tbsp olive oil
200 g sour cream
salt, pepper
Method
Luke cut into crescents. In a deep skillet heat the butter with 1 tbsp olive oil and when heated well, add the onions. Onions fried in medium intensity stove, stirring occasionally, until it becomes golden caramel color. Remove from heat, add salt and seasoned with pepper. Allow to cool slightly and add cream. Mix well. Serve with crackers, rye bread toast.
