Dolmas with fresh cabbage in pole

Ingredients
1 cabbage fresh cabbage
500 g minced meat mutton
2 heads (100 g) onion
1/5 cup (50 g) rice
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
4 (200 g) tomatoes
1 tsp (5 g) pepper
parsley
pepper
salt
Method
Remove the stalk of cabbage and it is allowed to boil for a few minutes in salted water and acidified then emit its leaves. Onions, finely chopped, stew in part of the oil until soft. Add red pepper, meat, rice, pepper, parsley and salt to taste. The blend shrink dolmas in cabbage leaves. Arrange in a baking dish greased with oil, sprinkled with grated tomatoes, sprinkled with the remaining oil and a little water and bake in a moderate oven.
