Easter salad with mackerel

Ingredients
1 green salad
1 cucumber
1 bunch parsley
3 hard boiled eggs
1 sprig fresh onion and garlic
1/2 Sun-dried mackerel
2 tsp mustard
3 tbsp sunflower oil or olive oil
3 tbsp vinegar
salt
Method
The washed and dried from water lettuce is broken into pieces. Parsley, onion and garlic chopped very finely. Eggs and fish cut into thin slices. Mustard mix with the oil and vinegar. In salad rank consistently pieces of lettuce, eggs, fish slices, a mixture of parsley, onion and garlic. Salad add salt and pour the sauce of mustard. Decorated with pieces of cucumber.
