Eggplant in Portuguese

Ingredients
1 kg eggplants
250 g feta cheese
2 tbsp sunflower oil
salt
pepper
dill
2-3 cloves garlic
4 eggs
yogurt for serving
Method
Eggplants baked, Peel and crush bold smooth mixture. Add the grated feta cheese, the oil, salt, pepper, chopped dill, beat egg yolks and finally carefully adding with stirring and beaten with a little salt to egg whites. The mixture is poured into a thoroughly greased with sunflower oil pan. The dish is baked until browned. Serve warm with yogurt. Optional dish can be baked in small individual pots.
