Ingredients
4 large eggplants
2 onions
2/3 cup Rice
2 tomatoes
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp tomato paste
salt
pepper
parsley

Method
Eggplants carve, add salt and gently squeeze. Is steamed in boiling water. Onion stew in the oil with chopped tomatoes. Add rice, pepper, salt and chopped parsley. With a well-stirred mixture was filled eggplants, put in a saucepan, pour with fuzzy in cold water tomato paste and cook.
