300 g mushrooms
tomatoes 4
1 onion
sunflower oil

Method
Eggs are cooked. Onion cut into thin slices and lightly fry. Add the mushrooms and fry for about 15 minutes. Then add the tomatoes cut into thin slices. Add salt and leave to cook for about 10 minutes. Distributed into 4 bowls and on the resulting sauce is put in 1 egg. Optional to the sauce can be added and fried ham.
