Eggs on roasted eggplants

Ingredients
3-4 eggplants
4-5 tbsp sunflower oil
4 eggs
4 slices of bread
pepper
pepper
30 g butter
Method
Bake 3-4 eggplant, peel them, crush them or them spectacular and knife on board. Puree Salt to taste, sprinkle it with pepper and 4-5 tablespoons of sunflower oil, mix it well and pour into a suitable dish. Boil eggs veiled. Fry until golden bread slices dipped in advance in milk or water and then in the beaten egg. Arrange slices after cool on the puree. On each slice carefully put in 1 egg. Sprinkle eggs with pepper and 1 teaspoon butter, lightly fried with paprika.
