Ingredients
1 cup beans (dried, peeled)
1/2 cup chickpeas (dried, peeled)
1 onion
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1 tsp cumin
1 tbsp baking powder
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Broad beans and chickpeas are soaked for 1 day in water. Drain and rinse afterwards. In a blender or food processor milled, add other products and is ground to a smooth paste. If needed, add a little water. In a highly heated sunflower oil with a spoon placed balls of the mixture and fry.

I did a double dose to love them hot and fry less remaining dough balls to do it in the freezing compartment when I decide fried in hot oil as em frozen, nice appetizer for ouzo, next time will ovalyam in sesame. Put 1 hour. L. Baking powder saw me very 1c. l. The recipe is a great and very tasty falafel.
