Beansa soak the evening. Sausage cut into pieces, salo cubes. Garlic cut into rough pieces. Beans put to boil water from soaking. If necessary, make more water to the beans covered about 3 cm. Add all other products and spices. Reduce the heat and leave to simmer on a very, very low heat for about 2 hours. In feyshoada is typical that the decorations are inseparable from the dish: filleted oranges, Brazilian collard greens, fried (couve), Farofa - flour cassava, roasted tomatoes, for example. Rice is also present everywhere.

to supplement something essential: fizhuadata is braziska trotters with beans and meat. ottdelno rice and a few slices of orange countries. For the original recipe put legs and ears and the flesh described above in the recipe. I work five years in Brazilian churaskariya.

Thank you, Stefan! If you have ideas for additions or changes - are welcome. I have personally eaten feyshoada restaurant and made friends. I've never personally. So that by itself can not add anything. Glad additions.
