Ingredients
5 (1 kg) fish (trout or mackerel)
2-3 tbsp (25 ml) vegetable oil
salt
Method
Fish is cleaned, washed and salt it. Each fish individually wrapped in parchment paper, greased with fat. Wrapped fish are arranged in the pan, greased with oil and bake in a quick oven.
