Fish with leek in puff pastry

Ingredients
4 fish fillets
500 g puff pastry
2 leeks onion
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
salt
Method
Chopped onion stew in olive oil. The dough was spread out and cut into 4 squares. In each square is placed on a fillet, pre-seasoned with salt and spices optional. Top put stewed leeks, turns into dough, ranks in the tray, smeared with beaten egg yolk and bake at 200 ° C 20 minutes.
