Fish in the marinade

Submitted by enr on 12 Sep 2012
1 kg of fish (freshwater)
3-4 bay leaves
pepper, allspice, sea salt
500 ml sunflower oil
Fish is cleaned, removed, and the heads and tails. Soak for 24 to 48 hours in water which was dissolved sea salt (sea salt so that, put a raw egg in water, nepotanalata of the egg is the size of a coin of 20 cents). Then drained slightly and soak in vinegar 4 to 8 hours and washed (I personally slowed vinegar with water 3: 1). The oil is heated and allowed to cool. Reddy in a jar: 1 line fish 1 line of spices - black pepper, allspice, bay leaf, and 1 fish again. Pour in the oil. Leave in the refrigerator after 4-5 days is ready for consumption. Great appetizer for rakia and vodka. * An old fisherman told me this recipe and try it out with freshwater fish - tench and rudd, so if the fish is sea not guarantee what will happen.
