Fish skewers with peppers and onions

350 g fillet of zander
1 small green pepper
1 onion
4-5 tbsp soy sauce
pinch of white pepper
30 ml lemon juice
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Fillet cut into cubes and place in a bowl. Add salt, white pepper, soy sauce, lemon juice and chopped 4 and divided into onion flakes. Marinate for about 30 minutes. Apart pepper cut into pieces. Skewers are oilt as Prick piece salo and go all the way the fully (this is done to allow more easily be removed then finished meat and vegetables). The fish is removed from the marinade and mix with the oil. Stringing products in the following sequence - peppers, onions, fish, while finishing with pepper. Bake on all sides of the heated BBQ or grill pan. Serve with potato garnish.

kebabs were superb. I put red pepper and zucchini added. Reddy zucchini onion, pepper and fish. I salted pork fat with skin on it and onions, and put a piece at the beginning of the spit.
