Fishing stew

Ingredients
1 kg lighter fry
2-3 heads (150 g) onion
1-2 (100 g) carrots
Chapter 1 (100 g) celery
3-4 cloves garlic
6 -7 (500 g) tomatoes
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
4 tbsp (50 g) breadcrumbs
1 lemon
pepper
allspice
bay leaf
salt
Method
Fish after clean and wash, add salt and let stand for about half hour. During this time the onion (onion and garlic) is cut into thin slices, carrots and celery cut into cubes and tomatoes are peeled and finely chopped. Chopped vegetables (except tomatoes) is placed in a pot or pan, add salt, stir well and stew to poluomekvane. To it was added spices, tomatoes, fish and slice of lemon. The dish pour the oil and wine, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in medium high heat.
