Ingredients
6 bananas
1 cup water
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup rum
Method
Put to boil water with sugar. Peel the bananas and place in the syrup for 8-10 minutes. Remove and arrange in a fireproof dish. Pour in the cooled syrup. Immediately prior to fetching watered with warm rum and ignite.
