Fluffy cake with cottage cheese and fruit

Ingredients
500 g cottage cheese
130 g sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
4 eggs
100 ml cream
2 tbsp lemon zest
2 bananas
2 kiwis (or other fruit of your choice according to season)
2 tbsp of brioche crumbs or bread crumbs
2 tbsp butter
Method
In a large bowl mix the cottage cheese, sugar and lemon rind. Egg whites are separated from the yolks and broken separately. Cream and egg yolks are added to the cottage cheese. Banana peel and cut into rings, kiwifruit also peel and cut into cubes. Gently stir in beaten egg whites and pour in the mixture with the cottage cheese. In suitable for microwave form, thoroughly oiled and sprinkled with crumbs of brioche or bread crumbs, pour the mixture. The cake is baked at 150 W, 220 C for 30 minutes. After being baked is coated with 2 tbsp butter. Upon presentation can be flooded with vanilla sauce. cake is very tasty and hot and cold.
