Fluffy caramel cream

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
10-11 tbsp flour
1 liter milk
125 g butter
Method
Separate the egg yolks from the whites. Yolks are broken, add a little milk and flour, stir and pour good in boiling milk. Stir constantly until thickened. Get out of the fire and put the butter (cut) and stir until melted. Caramelized is 1 cup sugar and also poured into the cream. Beat 3 egg whites on hard snow and pouring in up the cold cream - must be cooled down, otherwise you lose the effect. Nice mix and pour into appropriate glasses. Decorate optional.
