French potato soup

Ingredients
1/4 cup butter
2 cup chopped onion
5 cups boiling water
500 g small baby potatoes
salt and pepper
1 bunch chopped spinach
250 g cream
Method
The butter melts, add the onion and fry gently. Then add boiling water, pre-cooked and cut small potatoes and mix well. Add salt and pepper, then put spinach - previously scalded and drained, and immediately thereafter and cooking cream. Cook 30 minutes. The less is the fire, the soup becomes more delicious.
