Fried frog legs

Ingredients
500 g frogs'legs
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
100 g yogurt
pepper
5 cloves garlic
1 bunch dill
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
20 g butter
salt
fat frying
Method
Stir well flour and yogurt. This mixture is rolled legs pre savory and sprinkled with pepper, then fry in preheated oil. After removing fat legs in place crushed garlic and chopped dill. Pour the wine is evaporated and the sauce, add the butter. This sauce is poured legs.
