4 large onions
# breading:
750 ml milk or water
150 g of flour type 500
380 ml beer
2 large eggs
100 g breadcrumbs
50 g semolina
1 / 2 tsp salt
sunflower oil for frying

Wash large onions. Remove at least two skins on top. Cut it thick 1-1.5 cm. In a deep bowl pour the flour, breadcrumbs, salt and semolina. Confuse nice. Pour beer.
