Fried ribs in Sichuan

Ingredients
1 kg pork breast with bone
1 tsp white wine
2 tbsp soy sauce
2-3 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp vinegar
1 tsp hot chili sauce
1 tsp grated fresh ginger
1 onion, cut into crescents
5 tbsp ketchup
2 cloves garlic
2 chillies
Method
Meat with bones, cut into oblong pieces, pour in boiling water and boil for 30 minutes. Prepare the marinade 2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sugar, 1 tbsp vinegar, chili sauce, 1/2 tsp ginger. It soaked and drained cooked ribs for 10-15 minutes, then fry for 3-4 minutes. Sauce: onion, garlic and ginger fry for 2-3 minutes, add all other ingredients, stir and off. Put ribs in sauce Cover with the lid and let stand about 15 minutes.
