Ingredients
1 kg large squid
500 ml milk
3-4 tbsp flour
oil
1 lemon
salt

Method
Clean the squid, cut them into strips and put in milk about 3 hours. In a deep pot, put flour, 1 tbsp oil, salt and 100 ml water. Mix well until a homogeneous mixture. Squid put in the dough, then fry in very hot oil until a golden crust. Serve warm with sliced lemon pieces.
