Fruit ice cream with vanilla

Ingredients
H yolks
1/2 cup (100 g) sugar
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) milk
vanilla sugar
150 g cream
caramelized orange peel
1 tbsp cherry jam
1 wheel of pineapple compote
8 almonds
sweet cream for decoration
Method
Is broken yolks with the sugar to a foam, parts pour almost the boiling milk, strain in the rinse vessel and heat until the mixture thickens, but without leading to The boiling.
