Grape parfait with cheese

Ingredients
# For the base:
500 g fresh feta cheese (ricotta, Raleigh, Philadelphia)
250 ml light grape juice
# or
350 g desalted brined feta cheese
300 ml grape juice
# Other:
350 g grapes, white and black halves
6-8 leaf gelatin

Method
The juice is heated, not boil, soak the gelatine in it, stir, add the feta cheese, stir (not boil, the feta cheese could be done on LAND), put it grapes and pour into the desired shape. Tightens several hours and cut with a very sharp knife, such as electric. The recipe is neutral. Can be served fresh and salt. For the sweet version is served with fruit, nuts and topping optional. For the savory version is made from balsamic vinegar dressing, walnuts, pepper and walnut sunflower oil. You can garnish with salad.
