Gratin with mushrooms

Ingredients
500 g mushrooms mushrooms
100 g feta cheese
1/3 cup sunflower oil
100 g butter
4 eggs
3 tbsp flour
2 cup milk
1/2 bunch of dill
pepper and salt

Method
Wash the mushrooms, clean them, cut into thin slices and stew in the oil and half the butter. Fry the flour in the remaining butter, diluted with milk, leave to cool a little and mix with mushrooms, beaten eggs and 2/3 of the grated cheese. Pour mixture into a greased baking dish with butter, sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake in a moderate oven until lightly browned.
