Ingredients
400 g lightly steamed and peeled tomatoes
170 g of tomato paste
4 tsp chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic
1 tsp dried oregano
salt, pepper
6 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
60 ml white wine

Method
In a blender put the tomatoes, tomato paste, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix everything until a uniform mixture - puree. Onion stew with olive oil for a few minutes. To this was added a mixture tomato, then trickle was added and the white wine. Mix well. Reduce heat and allow the sauce to simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
