Ingredients
1 or 1/2 iceberg lettuce
1 zucchini
1 fleshy red pepper
3-4 tbsp capers
olive oil (sunflower oil)
salt
vinegar
flour (for zucchini )

Method
Zucchini cut into crescents, the pieces are rolled in flour and fry until golden in the heated sunflower oil (olive oil). Drain on paper towels and placed in a container with a lid to soften. Lettuce cut into strips, pepper too. Add capers and zucchini. The salad is seasoned with salt, vinegar and olive oil to taste and stir.
