Gummy ham rolls

Ingredients
300 g ham
100 g mushrooms
50 g mayonnaise
3 boiled eggs
2-3 cloves garlic
pepper
600 ml meat broth
24 g gelatin

Method
Gelatin is dissolved in lukewarm water and allowed to swell and then be added to the hot meat broth and left on the hot plate until boiling (not boil). Allow to cool. Mushrooms cut and fry. Garlic and eggs finely, add mayonnaise and mix well. Ham cut into thin pieces, put in the filling, turn on rolls, arranged in a suitable container, pour broth and leave in the fridge. Before presenting cut with a sharp knife and decorate with mayonnaise and green.
