Submitted by enr on 13 Nov 2011
Ingredients
500 g pork
4 potatoes
1 or 2 jar mixture to stew, preferably contain okra (1 jar = 800 ml)
1 small carrot
2 onions
1 pepper
pepper , red pepper, salt
30 ml sunflower oil
oregano or savory
1 tsp flour
Method
Vegetables with spices stew in the oil until soft. Add the meat for as little as change its color, then simmer with some water. Add the chopped potatoes and everything boil on slow fire. Once the potatoes are ready, make the mixture for stew (1 pot reaches 1 jar, but with 2 becomes also very nice). Boil for another 10-something minutes and optional add tomato paste or tomato juice. Once the mixture and vegetables for stew tender, remove the pan from the heat, waiting to stop to boil and thicken with flour and water. You can take and fluid directly from the pot to not get lumpy flour. Put salt and leave to simmer for 1-2 minutes.
