2 hake fillets (about 400 g)
300 g spinach
100 g broccoli
1 pinch red pepper
1 pinch of rosemary
seasoning for fish, salt
# For the sauce:
2 tbsp olive oil (sunflower oil)
2 tbsp flour
2 cloves garlic
300 ml milk
water, a pinch of salt
