Ingredients
# For the dough:
300 g lukewarm water or milk
250 g sunflower oil or melted lard
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
flour as a soft dough - 500 d
# For the filling:
3 leeks
200 g feta cheese
3 eggs

Method
Of the above ingredients for the dough and flour kneaded medium soft dough. Divide into two balls, one slightly larger and allowed to relax for about 20 minutes.
