Homemade pita with cheese and yeast

Ingredients
2 cups (400 g) flour
20 g yeast
1 cup (200 ml) milk
egg 1
200 g feta cheese or cottage cheese
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
salt
1 tbsp (10 g) sugar

Method
Yeast suspended in a small pan with half the milk, sugar and a pinch of salt. Add a little flour to make a thick paste. Sprinkle the top with flour and let it rise in a warm place. Sift the flour in a heap. Crumbled feta cheese, remaining milk, vegetable oil and eggs, mix thoroughly and put in the middle of the flour. Add the yeast, a pinch of salt and kneaded soft dough. Put it in a greased baking dish with butter and leave for 15-20 minutes to rise. Bake in a hot oven. By pozachervi, sprinkle with a little water, remove and turn in the towel to cool slowly.

Incredibly delicious! I will only add to inexperienced chefs that mlektseto should be lukewarm, not cold, and ... if you add masaltse will eat your fingers. A nice bread I have not done until now.

I think that if you knead again after leavened dough is even better, but in both cases is flawless recipe
