Ingredients
2-3 (150 g) potatoes
3 (150 g) carrots
3-4 (200 g) Tomato
1 (150 g) zucchini
1-2 (100 g) peppers
Chapter 1 (50 g) onion
4 tbsp (40 ml) vegetable oil
1 tbsp (10 g) flour
2 cup (400 ml) milk
1 egg
1/2 bunch parsley
salt

Method
Potatoes, courgettes, peppers and tomatoes, cleaned, washed and chopped, boiled in salted water. Onions, finely chopped and grated carrot sauté until soft in fat, mixed with flour and add to the boiling vegetable. Soup boil for another 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and thicken with beaten egg and milk. Serve with chopped parsley.
