Hot skewers with buffalo mozzarella

1 kg (6) red ripe tomatoes
250 g feta cheese Buffalo Mozzarella
150 g toast bread (12 slices)
3 sprigs fresh basil
100 g shredded lettuce
50 g olives pitted
2 cloves garlic
salt, pepper
8-10 tbsp olive oil

Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Cut about 18 medium-sized slices of them with a diameter of 0.5 cm (not too thin). Remove the seeds and leave them on kitchen paper to drain. Cut the bread slices with size roughly as tomatoes and brush them with olive oil on both sides. Cut out 12 circles from mozzarella and dry. Arrange bread discs on baking sheet and bake them in the oven with top grill for a minute on each side (maybe in the toaster). In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, salt and pepper. Peel garlic cloves and cut in two. They rub more warm bread slices and then smear them with dressing on both sides. Wipe off the tomatoes and mozzarella, take the sheets from the stems and wash the basil and sniff them. Apply tomato, basil and mozzarella with remaining dressing. In the plate for serving arrange lettuce. Prick of 6 wooden skewers products in the following order: basil, bread, tomato, mozzarella, tomato, mozzarella, tomato, bread, basil. Arrange them in a baking dish covered with baking paper greased with olive oil and bake them in the oven on the top grill for about eight minutes. Serve immediately garnish with olives and basil.

Hello tillia! 12 slices are circles mozzarella, tomatoes and 18 are thus obtaining 6 big skewers, but you may as Bulgarise told them to do more with mozzarella or more tomatoes as you taste.
