700 g flour
350 ml milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp salt
1 tsp sugar
42 g fresh yeast
2 tbsp sunflower oil
sesame seeds for sprinkling

Are dissolved yeast in warm milk . Add salt, sugar, the oil, one egg and egg whites from the other flour. Knead into a soft dough, which is left to rise. The dough is divided into small buns, big as a tennis ball. From each of the small buns made of a braid with a length of about 25 cm and is divided into two. The two cross cords, then bend the four corners to the middle and turn in the pan, greased with butter. Leave to rise, smeared with yolk, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in preheated oven at 250 C until golden color. Decreases gradually oven to 180 C while baking.

Then wrapped roll and put it upright in the center of the baking pan. I took another loaf her raztochih circle. Oiled and cut into 4 (like pieces of cake). We obtained four isosceles triangles.
