In Japanese shish

Ingredients
1 chicken
2 leeks
200 g bacon
100 g cheese
# For the sauce:
1 cup chutney
2-3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
5 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp mustard
Method
Chicken cleans the skin and rump are retained. Meat and leeks cut in large pieces bacon slices, a portion of cheese into small sticks, and the rest of the bands.
