Ingredients
          # For the pancakes:
          3 eggs
          2 cup milk
          1 and 1/2 cup flour
          pinch of salt
          # For the filling:
          2 onions
          250 g minced meat
          3 tbsp tomato paste
          3 tbsp sunflower oil
          1/2 bunch parsley
          rind of one lemon
          salt, pepper
          50 g chopped walnuts
          # For the sauce:
          1 tbsp sugar
          6 tbsp tomato juice
          1 tbsp salt
          1 tsp basil
              Method
              Batter must have a density of boza. In a pan with sunflower oil fry the chopped onion and minced meat, add the tomato paste and, the walnuts and spices. Filling boil until thickened. Remove from heat and sprinkle with parsley. The sauce is prepared as tomato sauce is seasoned with salt, sugar and basil. Place on the stove to boil until it thickens. Pancakes filled with stuffing and roll and place in baking dish greased with butter, pour the sauce and bake 5 to 10 minutes.
