Konkilyoni with chicken and mozzarella

16 konkilyoni (small)
200 g boiled chicken
1 onion
50 g smoked processed cheese
1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
100 ml liquid cooking cream
200 ml passion tomatoes (maybe canned)
125 g feta cheese mozzarella
salt and pepper

Cook pasta as directed on package, then splash it with cold water and leave it in a colander to drain. In a pan put a little oil and fry the chopped onion, add to it finely chopped chicken, fry 1-2 minutes to remove from fire. Allow to cool slightly and add finely chopped, processed cheese and parsley. Season with pepper and salt, as you have in mind that the feta cheese is savory. Stir the mixture nice and fill it with konkilyonite. Arrange them in a buttered baking dish. In a bowl mix domatito and cream and pour over pasta. On each konkilyona put a piece of mozzarella and sprinkle lightly with olive oil or sunflower oil. Put in a preheated 180-degree oven and bake for about 25-30 moments or to a nice golden color of mozzarella. When serving a wish can sprinkle with fresh basil or parsley. * If you use a large konkilyoni for these products you will need 6 or 8 * Mozzarella can replace it with melted cheese or feta cheese.
