Kozunak roll with walnuts

Ingredients
# For the dough:
800 g flour
30 g yeast
6 yolks
200 g butter
200 g sugar
250 ml milk
lemon zest 1/2
salt
# For stuffing:
150 g of powdered sugar
200 ml milk
50 g breadcrumbs
300 g walnuts
cinnamon
# Other:
15-20 g butter for greasing the form
flour for sprinkling
1 egg for coating the kozunak
Method
Yeast was dissolved in 50 ml warm milk 1 tbsp sugar and some flour. Leave it rise in a warm place. Sift the flour and in the middle is done well, which pour the beaten egg yolks, effervescent yeast, half the melted butter, sugar, milk, a pinch of salt and grated lemon rind. Kneads dough - like hands constantly immersed in the remaining softened butter. When the fat over the dough is left to rise in a warm place for about 2 hours - should double in volume. Milk for filling boil the sugar and it is steamed crushed walnuts. Add bread crumbs and cinnamon. The mixture is stirred well and leave to cool. The risen dough is divided into two. Rolled peel rectangular, which are coated evenly with the filling and wrap rolls. The rolls are placed in a greased with butter and sprinkled with flour tray with end obtained by winding must remain below. Leave to rise, coated with beaten egg and bake in a low oven.
