2 eggplants
4 red peppers
2-3 tomatoes
1 onion
sunflower oil
salt

Method
Eggplants and peppers baked, stewd and peel. Tomatoes are boiling water then immediately in cold and Peel (optional). All products are cut very finely including onions. Taste with sunflower oil and salt, allowed in the refrigerator to cool.
