Ingredients
8 lamb chops
salt
pepper
2 tbsp melted butter
24 boiled baby potatoes
# juicy butter:
2 anchovy fillets, mashed
1 head of garlic, crushed
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp butter
Method
Spicy butter is prepared by mixing the butter with anchovies, garlic, parsley and lemon juice. Formed as salami and cooled until firm. Cut in shaybichki. Lamb chops seasoned with salt and pepper to taste. Smeared with melted butter and fry in a skillet over medium heat 4 minutes on each side or taste of the cook. Chops rank in a suitable dish, and place top shaybichki of spicy butter and served with boiled potatoes.
