Lamb with dark beer

Ingredients
1 kg lamb
3-4 tbsp flour
sunflower oil
3-4 carrots
2 onions
250 ml dark beer
300 ml broth
2 bay leaves, 2-3 pinches thyme, salt

Method
Cut the meat into chunks, add some flour and fry briefly in sunflower oil. Then place in a pot with carrots (cut into rings), onions, beer, broth, bay leaves, thyme and salt. Bake on low heat for 2-3 hours.
