Lamb with onions Chinese

26 g butter
430 g lamb breasts
3 g wormwood
3 g baldaran, dry or fresh
1.3 g salt
4 g pepper
# Products for preparation of onion:
28 g butter
200 red onion
26 g honey
10 ml soy sauce
150 g soy sprouts
5 g Worcester sauce
In a deep skillet melt the butter. Add chopped lamb breast, fried to golden and then add 200 ml water. Add tarragon, salt, pepper and baldarana. Everything is mixed, cover with lid and bake in moderate oven about 30 minutes. Thoroughly wash soy sprouts. Luke cleaned and cut into semicircles. In a pan melt the butter to the onion. When melted, add the onions, fry for about 5 minutes at a moderate temperature, while stirring continuously. Add honey, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce. Stir for about 3 minutes to take better. Were then added and soybean sprouts, stirring for a further 3 minutes. Serve in oval plate, first put the vegetables, then meat.
